所以，弟兄们，我以上帝的慈悲劝你们，将身体献上当作活祭，是圣洁的，是上帝所喜悦的，你们如此事奉乃是理所当然的。不要效法这个世界，只要心意更新而变化，叫你们察验何为上帝的善良、纯全、可喜悦的旨意。

你们要思考上面的事，不要思考地上的事。

在罗马书12:1-2里，我们看到另一种形式的敬拜，就是将我们的心思聚焦在上帝的话语与原则之上，拒绝效法我们的文化宣称能使人自由的那些理念。第一节给出了一个例子：别去相信不论对象、不论时候的性爱是种健康的行为，反而应该将身体当作活祭献给上帝，并且要相信，按上帝的方式对待男女关系，最终才是对我们最有利的。敬拜包含我们对上帝话语的顺服，即使它一开始令我们觉得不合理。敬拜就是全然相信上帝知道什么才是最好的。

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.

Here we’re presented with a different form of worship – it’s by focusing our mind on God’s Word and principles and refusing to conform to the ideas that our culture tells us will bring us freedom. One example is given in the first verse: instead of believing that sex with whoever and whenever is healthy, we offer our bodies as living sacrifices to God, believing that His way of doing relationships will ultimately be best for us. Worship includes our obedience to God's Word, even when it make not make sense to us at first. It's trusting that God knows best.

要实践以上的敬拜，有个很具体的方法——如果你现在正和某人有不当的性关系，或是听信了我们的文化给我们灌输的其他有害的谎言，那么请停止那么做。去察看上帝的话语，了解上帝要你如何处理你目前的情况。试着每天抽出足够时间来阅读两章经文，好集中你的心思意念，不去相信魔鬼兜售的各种谎言。

To make it real practical, if you’re currently having sex with someone or acting on any other harmful lie our culture feeds us, stop and look to God’s Word to see how God wants you to handle that situation. Try carving out enough time in your day to read two chapters of the Bible a day, in order to focus your mind and not believe the lies the devil sells us.
